The Care Commitment

Not Insurance – Membership is not traditional health insurance and should not be considered a replacement for comprehensive coverage. We strongly recommend maintaining health insurance to cover hospitalizations, specialist visits, emergency care, and other services beyond primary care.
No Long-Term Contracts – Your membership is month-to-month. Stay as long as you like, cancel anytime.
Flat Monthly Fee – One predictable monthly fee based on your plan. No surprise bills.
Easy Billing – Payments are charged automatically every 30 days. Just keep your card info up to date.
What’s Included – All the benefits listed under your membership plan. Some services may have additional fees, and we’ll always let you know ahead of time.
Cancel Anytime – Cancel online through your member portal at KenjiCARE.com. Just do it at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Respect & Safety – We’re here to take care of you, but we also reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships for non-payment or disruptive behavior.
Privacy Matters – Your health information is kept private and protected under HIPAA.
